Additionally, Mr. Ajates is a university professor in the fields of business and international relations, contributing to the development of future generations of leaders in the global arena.

Previously, Jaclyn served as a Human Resources Executive at Target, where she led a team of over 200 employees, drove compliance initiatives, and fostered a culture of high performance. Her background also includes managing multimillion-dollar construction projects, international teaching roles, and consulting on business process improvements.
Jaclyn holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, graduating magna cum laude. Fluent in Spanish and experienced in global environments, she brings a collaborative and results-oriented approach to every challenge.
